Where and why
Fruition Tuition is delivered from Fruition Tuition Learning Centres so that we can closely monitor your child's learning progress in a professional and safe environment. This method of delivery has proven highly successful over the last 16 years. This also allows us to monitor closely the quality of tutor support delivered and to provide daily results, cumulative measurement of outcomes and progress reports for parents and carers. In centre tutoring allows us to be accountable and to have quality control measures to ensure outstanding learning outcomes.
Fruition Tuition has chosen not to offer in home tutoring services as we feel that we cannot adequately provide security, safety, supervision and feedback for you and your child; we believe we cannot control and monitor the environment in a person's home. Fruition Tuition Learnings Centres are safe and conducive to learning with minimal distractions, regulated room temperatures, precisely organised with appropriate seating arrangements and thoroughly supervised.
One to One Tuition - Computer Based Learning
There is no group learning at Fruition. Every learner has an individual course mapped out for them based upon a thorough Needs Analysis. Different learning strategies are used for different learners and different styles of learning. Some learners will be using world leading interactive software to develop the Foundations in Maths and English. No two courses are the same as the computer software:
is self paced - your child's responses drive the computer forward for every question and every objective once they have demonstrated mastery; this is responsibe to every child
provides immediate feedback - instant support is delivered with every question
measures for long term memory retention and provides a percentage retained
automatically reviews pre-requisite concepts when a weak strand, concept or inconsistent pattern of responses is identified
utilises lateral applications to develop conceptual understanding and flexible problem solving skills.
On average it takes a learner approximately 20 - 25 hours to progress one year in Maths or in Reading, using our highly effective and proven computer systems. This tutoring system provides the ultimate in tuition as it is approximately four times more effective than traditional methods and combines the very best of human interaction with computer technology to ensure your child independently thinks, reasons, understands, reflects and learns. One to One - Tutor Based
There is no group learning at Fruition. Every learner has an individual tutor timetabled just for them. In order to develop trust, consistency and developmental learning for your child, Fruition Tuition is comitted to providing the same tutor every lesson thoughout the Term.
One to One tutor based tuition can be delivered for all learners depending upon their learning needs and has proven most successful with adolescent and adult learners and early learners to develop phonics, writing skills and pronunciation skills.
Opening Times
Monday to Friday - 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm (approximately)
Saturday - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (approximately)
School Holidays - morning times (most usually)
Closed for 2 to 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year
