Frequently asked questions

  • At Fruition, we would like to reaffirm to you our dedication and passion for the delivery of the inspirational learning outcomes for our learners and families, in specified and agreed upon timeframes.
  • With almost two decades of Fruition experience, we have worked with thousands of learners, and as a result, we have learned exactly what factors and conditions need to be strictly controlled, so as we can guarantee learning outcomes that will exceed your expectations and will fulfill our Mission. Our reputation depends on it.
  • Attendance rates and frequency of attendance per courses/subjects are two such conditions that directly affect confidence, results and the rate of progress for each learner. Therefore it is essential that we have strict controls to monitor and maintain progress rates, in order to deliver significant learning outcomes within agreed timeframes. The Fruition Experience is a result of expert educational understanding and experience.

Answers to Questions that Fruition Parents Commonly Ask...

What is your Attendance Policy?

All clients: Non-attendance, with or without notice, results in the lesson(s) being charged to cover the booking allocation and staff who are to be paid. Computer clients: Non-attendance results in the lesson(s) being charged, as above, with the option of a make-up lesson, within seven days, at no additional charge.

What happens if my child is sick or away for an extended period of time?

Common sense prevails: initial lessons may be charged; other clients may be offered your timetabled booking times; hours will be kept in credit for your return and then new bookings allocated; if you wish to keep your existing bookings and/or the same tutor, for example, some lessons may need to be charged while you are away. Mostly we will be able to put your course on hold but we will need to change the original goals and timeframes.

What happens if there is infrequent attendance?

Irregular attendance affects your child’s progress and greatly jeopardises their learning outcomes and Fruition’s ability to deliver results. Your child must complete the agreed-upon hours, each week/per subject, to ensure goals are met, to progress, catch up and move ahead of classroom levels. You will be charged for non-attendance.

Do you guarantee learning outcomes?

Fruition is the only tuition company in Australia to have a written guarantee of outcomes within a timeframe. Our Fruition Promise has conditions of attendance, payment and specific recommendations. Learn how to qualify for our Fruition Promise. Should we not reach the desired learning goals and levels agreed upon, and when conditions are met, then you will be able to continue tuition at no cost to you, until those goals are reached.

What happens if I am unhappy about some aspect of my child’s course?

Fruition encourages you to raise any concerns with us, as soon as possible. We will schedule a Progress Report time for us to meet. Feedback is a critical link in the learning process and when we communicate openly with one another solutions and resolutions are optimised thus preventing larger problems from developing.

What happens if I wish to quit the course early before my child reaches their goal or before the expected date of completion of the learning program? Do you have a Refund Policy?

Fruition is dedicated to delivering inspirational learning outcomes for your child. However, if you wish to quit the program, then we require you to put your request in writing. There will be no refund. Fruition will hold the hours in credit indefinitely for you to use. The hours are transferable and can be used by another learner, for different services or in another centre. Fruition will not quit its promise to you to do whatever it takes to help your child be the best that they can be. We never give up on your child. Life lessons of persistence through continued attendance will result in desired outcomes and will build character.
