The Directors of the Company have been educators for nearly 50 years, collectively. Based on their experiences, thorough training systems have been developed to enable Fruition team members to be able to confidently and successfully work with as many learners as possible.
Our team members have positive attitudes and are able to communicate with and care for Prep, primary, high school and adult learners. We love helping learners achieve great things!
Fruition employs many university students as tutors. They are young people with excellent subject knowledge and the ability to relate well to adolescents. They provide excellent role models for our youth - they look 'cool' and speak in 'cool' ways. Our tutors are excellent mathematicians, chemists, physicists and biologists, for example, and are passionate about their field of expertise.
All employees are recruited through strict processes that check that their skills are of the highest levels. All employees are required to have a 'blue card.' All employees complete Fruition training. Managers complete extensive and regular, on-going training. Fruition creates industry standards with our service, knowledge, understanding and delivery of learning programs.
